Settings
Every option in Mint lives in the in-game menu (L → Settings), grouped into tabs. Settings save automatically to fishingmacro.json and carry through every /mintupdate. From 2.19, each tab has a Reset button in the menu footer (click it twice to confirm), and the menu scales down to fit small windows.
Keybinds
Two keys, set in Options → Controls → Key Binds → Mint:
- F6 — start or stop the last script you used (Trophy or Steady)
- L — open the Mint menu
Both can be rebound to any key or mouse button.
Fishing timing (Advanced tab)
- Minimum time between reels — shortest gap between two reels (cast cooldown).
- Recast if no bite for — seconds with no bite before Mint logs a timeout and recasts.
- Reel delay min / max — randomized human-like delay between bite detection and the reel click (Trophy). Min can never go above max.
- Golden Fish — Off, Target (turn toward Golden Fish) or Avoid (Trophy only).
Safety (2.19+)
- Stop when I move the mouse — on by default. Small mouse movements are ignored; a deliberate movement stops the macro and gives the camera back to you.
- Stop when the server/world changes — on by default. Stops on a server transfer, limbo or warp.
- Stop if the server moves me — on by default. Stops when the server teleports you or turns your camera (small lag-backs are ignored).
- Human-like timing — off by default. Varied, drifting delays instead of flat random ones.
- Natural camera sway — off by default. Smooth, drifting camera movement instead of a fixed pattern.
Movement
- Movement jitter — on/off subtle camera/key nudges to look human while fishing.
- Every N ticks — how often a movement burst fires.
- Min / max hold ms — randomized duration window for each burst.
Inventory (Trophy)
- Auto-sell — on/off; clears inventory to bazaar/NPC when the slot count crosses the full-threshold (26/27).
- Check interval — how frequently (in seconds) Mint polls inventory fullness.
- Auto-filet — on/off; calls /call odger + /massfilet after a sell.
Bait (Hypixel SkyBlock)
- Trophy Fishing / Sea Creature Fishing bait — the bait used for each mode.
- Automatic Restock — audits your Fishing Bag and buys bait only when it runs low; the stepper sets how many stacks to keep.
- Other Bait Slots — bag slots holding other baits that restocking leaves alone.
Vanilla / Steady fishing
- Storage to chest — on/off. When on (default), Steady requires a chest within 5 blocks at startup. When off, Steady runs without storage and you manage your own inventory.
Reconnect
- Auto-Reconnect — on/off.
- Rejoin and resume (2.19+) — on by default. After reconnecting, Mint rejoins the server you were on and restarts your script. If the server is down it retries with growing waits (30 s up to 10 min, 8 tries).
- Interval — minutes between scheduled reconnect cycles (default 30).
- Pre-wait — seconds to wait before disconnecting (default 8).
- Post-wait — seconds to wait after reconnecting before resuming (default 25).
- Fallback server — optional in 2.19+: only used if Mint can’t tell which server you were on. Leave it empty in most cases. (Before 2.19 this was the server address to rejoin, default mc.hypixel.net:25565.)
HUD (2.19+)
- Show HUD — on-screen panel while a script runs: your armour and both hands, plus catches, session time and catches per hour (over the last 10 minutes).
- HUD position — click to move it to the next corner.
- HUD size — 50–200%.
Colors
- Accent — the mint/green tint applied across the GUI. Pick from a swatch palette.
- Log entry colors — per-event-type tint (catch / settled / timeout / default).
